- Develop / grow business within Lithuania, and deliver exceptional customer service, including development of short and long term business plans for increasing level of presence in the region;
- Be responsible for successful development of Ideal Standard brand in Lithuania market;
- Build strong, close, effective working relationships with key distribution partners and DIY chains;
- Regularly develop and manage market promotions and other initiatives to support growth. Analyze the effectiveness of such actions;
- Make systematic showroom and DIY stores visits to activate company’s brands, learn first hand of the Company’s business performance and of competitor activity;
- Deliver product trainings to customers, specifiers, installers, store staff etc.
- University degree (preferably in construction, engineering, economics);
- Job experience in sales (B2B), preferably in the field of sanitary products, construction, FMCG, lifestyle product or similar;
- Customer understanding and relationships;
- Responsible and result-driven self-starter;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English and Russian;
- Good computer skills – MS office;
- Active driver with ability to travel most of the time.
