IT manager/Corporate Services Manager
- Lead and develop the local IT team, ensuring strong competence, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high system availability and ensure 24/7 operational reliability of the factory’s IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity standards (such as CMMC and ISO 27001) while ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team on IT strategy, budgeting, cybersecurity exercises, and business continuity planning.
- Manage external IT service providers, monitoring quality, performance, and alignment with company goals.
- Participate in global IT modernization projects, including infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and service optimization.
- Work closely with international teams and partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Solid technical foundation and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proven leadership experience in IT operations.
- Ability to operate effectively both tactically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Veeam, HPE StoreOnce, Microsoft Intune, and ITIL® 4 is a plus.;
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance processes from an IT perspective considered as an added advantage.
