Automatization project engineer
- Review existing / new plant production processes to identify engineering & automation opportunities and solutions;
- Prepare plans and diagrams for equipment layout, maintenance, workplace optimization, calculate production capacity and equipment loads;
- Work closely with global engineering team to support automation & other engineering projects;
- Conduct new machine installation by ensuring growing efficiency and productivity;
- Prepare proposals & capex for automation & engineering projects;
- Identify and constantly search potential vendors who can fulfill engineering & automation requirements;
- Work with and evaluate suppliers of existing and / or new equipment to train, guide, and improve and adapt designs in accordance with specifications and processes;
- Work with vendors to develop a detailed solution based on requirements, constraints, timeline, budget & resources;
- Ensure equipment capacity meets production forecast requirements;
- Manage equipment performance;
- Provide training, guidance and technical direction to site engineers and co-workers on all new equipment and procedures;
- Initiate and actively participate in the implementation of all related engineering automation improvements;
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate decisions have been made on proper documentation, specifications, standards, parts, test results, regulatory compliance;
- Provide accurate and detailed periodical reports, presentations and communications to both internal and external customers.
- University engineer degree (preferably in automatic, mechatronic field);
- Similar job experience;
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering processes;
- Understanding and preparation of technical documentation;
- Lean knowledge and understanding. Preferably Green Belt;
- Quality standart knowledge and requirements;
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude;
- Proficient computer skills with MS office;
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Salary depends on experience and expertise (after taxes): 950 - 1300 €.
